We are a patient and provider focused ecosystem with a mission of making mental health support accessible to all through community building, strength-based marketing, innovative funding strategies, and radical generosity.

Instead of seeking corporate partnerships or funding that might compromise our mission, Mental Health Connector relies on the collective support of its community members to drive change from the bottom up.

Absolutely not. This is a highly organized working space for mental health and medical providers and organizations to directly make and receive referrals. Every participating member must have a good understanding of HIPAA and be able and committed to making and receiving referral requests using HIPAA standards. This system was developed to counter the predatory practices of the large VC backed group practices so that independent practices can afford to stay independent.

Licensed medical providers (MD, DO, NP, PA, RN, PT, OT, SLP, doulas, another licensed medical professionals), licensed mental health providers, case managers associated with licensed medical or mental health organizations, referral coordinators, and licensed social workers.

Do you have to be a provider to join?
Do you have to be a provider to join?
Yes, you must maintain an active US license in order to join or be an approved representative of a recognized medical organization (case manager, referral coordinator, admin staff). You will provide and confirm your licensing and organization NPI information. Organizations that authorize a referral coordinator to act on their behalf are responsible for updating their account if there are any changes.

Yes, Mental Health Connector includes a robust directory where you can list your serves individually by category-educational, direct patient care for therapy and/or medication management, community programs, and educational resources.
